  • Manage Sales Quotes (Draft Orders)
    Create Sales Quotes
    Send quotes to customers
    Confirm and convert quotes into sales orders
  • Manage Drop Shipments
    ‍    Drop shipment entry and core processes
    Process sales and purchase orders
    Automatic and manual purchase order creation
  • Manage Claims and Complaints
    ‍    Customer complaint fundamentals
    Track and follow up on complaints by individual or team
    Approval processes and authorization
    Credit memo processing for complaint claims
